A Chicano from California crossed paths with a New Yorican (Puerto Rican from New York) in Georgia. Early on, we discovered a shared passion for literature as we both dived into a book by Robert Greene. From that serendipitous connection, our journey began, and the rest quickly became history.

One day, while scrolling together, inspiration struck—a concept that perfectly melded Karissa’s extensive background in business, leadership, and event planning with Manuel’s adventurous spirit and “let’s see what happens” philosophy. Recognizing a gap in Gwinnett County, we thought, “Why not bring The Rolling Tap to our community?”
